Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart. Learn to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms, or books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not seek the answers which cannot be given to you because you would not be able to live them.

And the point is to live everything.

Although never an athlete, Blair has always been health conscious. After years of trying and failing time and time again to happily integrate a variety of athletics and sports into her daily life Blair discovered Yoga, and slowly over time developed a love and practice that she can’t give up.

Blair’s love for yoga springs from her belief that yoga should be available to everyone: rich, poor, female, male, college students, mothers, fathers and grandmothers, the out of shape and the marathon runners alike. The beauty of yoga is that it is your body and your practice, so you decide what level you can handle and when you are going to push. Blair strives to create a class wherein whether it is your first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you will be challenged, supported, encouraged and most importantly, reminded to bring your attention to your body and your breath.

Blair received her Yoga certification at Yoga to the People’s teacher training program in New York City in 2007 where she trained in Vinyasa yoga and Power Flow. Blair has been teaching Power Flow for the past year in New York until the spring of 2009 when she moved to Houston where she is very excited to be joining the Jenn Yoga team!
