Not only do I feel that I have a yogi for a dog, I feel honored and so very blessed to have attracted, or to have been attracted to, the people in my life. I have fabulous associates, teachers and students who often lead me to feel and believe that if they are at all a reflection of how I am doing, then I must be doing quite well. My life is dedicated to sharing information and promoting a healthy and loving way of perceiving our world.
To be the change, we must welcome the change. And often the change is found in higher vibrations of existence, meaning, at Jennyoga, our intent is to promote family and self-esteem, love and acceptance, and respect for music, the arts, talent, knowledge and creativity.

There is already so much negativity and fear in the world. I welcome those who honor to perpetuate something different so that we will always have a safe and warm place to feel as our own home away from home. Living is loving, laughing is sharing, and sharing is caring. I wish to share my heart and soul with others so that we can together promote a healthy and happy place where we can enjoy the richness of life.
