Q - Why is Jennyoga different?  Why should I take classes at Jennyoga vs another studio

A - Couple of primary reasons.  When you walk into someones home you get a snapshot, a multicolor snapsot, of what that person represents.  Just like a home, a business takes on the flavor, chemistry and aura of the person who owns the business.  Your business, the aura your business place eskews is of complexity, a rich complexity.  You're striving to offer more than a one-hour workout experience, your business, YOU, are offering your clients a "value added" component that they cannot get at LA Fitness or similar setup.  Jennyyoga is a place of commradery (sp?), a community where people have the opportunity to share a good sweat with thoughtful banter before and after.  Jennyoga is like a local coffee house, where people go to enjoy other people.

Why take classes at Jennyoga?  Your a damn good teacher!!!!  Plus, all of the above.

Jennyoga has taken on the aura of Jennifer "Bergmeister".  That's what makes it different, better and worth it to be a member!

Jennyoga is a kind, welcoming, and accepting studio.  The classes are intense but not competitive.  Vinyasa yoga is a practice that calms the mind and brings peace while heating up the body and being an incredible workout.  Great location!!!  Reasonable prices.  Jennyoga is a place to feel at home, free to be yourself, become peaceful and connect with yourself and others. 
 
Come stressed and leave full of joy, peace and relaxation.
