Lidieth Velasco discovered her passion after working with qi gong in 2004 and then finding yoga in 2006 with Jennifer Buergermeister. She joined the Jennyoga Teacher Training program in July 2007 and is now a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Lidieth has been blessed to discover her passion in yoga and thrives upon sharing her joy with others. Her constant smile and warm nature is sure to bring a breath of fresh air to all who come in her presence. She is creative and dynamic in her sequencing which will make you sweat, giggle and gain strength and flexibility. Lidieth's classes will always have room for love, laughter and playfullness.
